Such claims have included claims of prosecutorial misconduct, the denial of equal protection, the denial of due process, violation of fair housing laws, violation of First Amendment Rights, election law violations, and the impairment of contracts. Our attorneys have represented firm clients on matters involving constitutional law and civil rights before a variety of state and federal courts including the U. S. Supreme Court. With respect to election laws, and alleged violations thereof, our attorneys have successfully represented political action committes and other entitles involved in the development and running of TV, print, radio and social media advertisements in connection with political campaigns and sued in state courts.
