In an effort to enhance the services which we provide to our clients in the area of Real Estate Transactions Aaron & Gianna has established strategic alliances with commercial and residential title companies operating throughout the state of Louisiana .
Loan closings, and other transactions for our clients that involve real estate, are supervised by one of our transactional attorneys who is a licensed title insurance agent.
Title searches and recordations, as well as receipts and disbursements of monies, are handled through various title companies with title policies, closing protection letters and endorsements issued by a major title insurance company such as the Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company or First American Title Insurance Company.
Clients served by the strategic alliance have included financial institutions, real estate developers and governmental entities..
