Aaron Appointed To CCC Task Force
Firm Managing Shareholder, Bill Aaron, has been appointed by Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal to the 10 member Crescent City Connection (CCC) Task Force. The Task Force was created by the Louisiana Legislature pursuant to Senate Concurrent Resolution 47 and is charged with studying all aspects of the Crescent City Connection Division, the arm of the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development that oversees the Crescent City Connection Bridge. The Task Force will review audits, financial reports and regional and national best practices in the CCC's structure and administration, governance, current and future maintenance, traffic control, potential sources and uses of all revenues, and administration and operation of the ferry services in New Orleans, and turn its recommendations over to the House and Senate Committees on Transportation, Highways and Public Works and the Joint Legislative Committee on the Budget by February 1.
