Aaron Named To 2016 Edition Of Best Lawyers
Aaron & Gianna, PLC is pleased to announce that firm Managing Shareholder, William D. Aaron, Jr., has been named to the 2016 edition of Best Lawyers® In America in the practice areas of Municipal Law and Municipal Litigation. Bill has been listed in Best Lawyers® each year since 2008. First published in 1983, Best Lawyers® is based on an exhaustive annual peer-review survey. For the new U.S. edition, more than 39,000 of the lawyers listed in Best Lawyers® cast more than 3.1 million votes on the legal abilities of other lawyers in the same and related specialties.

Bill has served as City Attorney for the City of New Orleans and Special Counsel for a variety of governmental entities including the Regional Transit Authority of New Orleans, the Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans, the City of New Orleans, the New Orleans City Council, the Orleans Parish School Board, the Jefferson Parish Charter Advisory Board, the Jefferson Parish School Board, the Housing Authority of New Orleans, the Jefferson Parish Economic Development Commission, the St. Mary Parish Council and the Orleans Parish District Attorney’s Office. Since 2002 Bill has served as General Counsel for the Downtown Development District of New Orleans.
