MASON JOINS AARON & GIANNA
Aaron & Gianna, PLC is pleased to announce that Omar K. Mason has joined the firm as a Shareholder effective February 23, 2015. Omar received his Bachelor’s Degree from LSU and his Juris Doctorate from Loyola University School of Law. He is a member of the Louisiana and Texas Bars and has practiced extensively in both states. Omar is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell and has been named a Super Lawyers’ Rising Star. Omar will be based in the firm’s New Orleans Office and will practice in the areas of Product Liability Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Insurance and General Business. Omar is a member of the Board of Directors of the New Orleans Chapter of the Federal Bar Association, and is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Louisiana and Texas.
Omar was a member of the 2013 inaugural class of the Collaborative Bar Leadership Academy, a joint program of the American Bar Association, the National Bar Association, the Hispanic National Bar Association, the National Native American Bar Association and the National Asian Pacific Bar Association. He is a diversity facilitator with the Louisiana State Bar Association. He is also an adjunct faculty member of the Tulane University Law School Trial Advocacy Program, and an adjunct faculty member of LSU's Paul M. Hebert Law Center Trial Advocacy Training Program. Omar has served on the faculty for the Tulane University Law School Winter Intercession Civil Litigation Pre-Trial Boot Camp and is a member of the Skills Curriculum Faculty at Loyola University College of Law. He serves as coach of the Tulane University Law School Black Law Students Association Mock Trial and Moot Court teams, and is a member of the 2013-14 Class of the Loyola University Institute of Politics.
