Congratulations to Omar Mason, a Shareholder of Aaron & Gianna, PLC upon his election to Division E of the Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans. Our business and transactions group represents business, banking, governmental and non-profit clients on matters of governance and day to day operations as well as in a wide range of transactions involving public/private partnerships, individual and corporate trusts, tax exempt status, intellectual property, cooperative endeavor agreements, economic development, community development, real estate transactions, real estate development, affordable housing and complex financial transactions including transactions involving traditional bank financing, SBA financing, tax exempt bonds, tax increment financing, CDBG funding, NSP2 funding, HOPE VI funding, CNI funding, state and federal new market tax credits, state and federal historic tax credits, and low-income housing tax credits.
GOVERNMENT INVESTIGATIONS AND CRIMINAL DEFENSE GROUP
This practice group aims to satisfy a growing need in the New Orleans Metropolitan Area for the representation of businesses, corporate executives and public officials with respect to government investigations and criminal law. This practice group's areas of concentration include local, state and federal administrative agency investigations, state and federal grand jury investigations, white collar, public corruption and civil rights criminal defense, qui tam actions and other parallel proceedings.
