Our attorneys have substantial experience in representing clients in the heavily regulated electric, gas and telecommunications industries. This experience includes the representation of business and governmental clients in regulatory matters before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, the Louisiana Public Service Commission, the New Orleans City Council, the Federal Communications Commission, and state and federal courts at all levels.  It has also included the representation of the  City Council of a large municipality with respect to its regulation of a gas and electric utility company,  its granting of telecommunications and cable television franchises and litigation involving such issues. Our telecommunications experience has included the handling of matters before a number of federal appellate courts as well as before the U. S. Supreme Court.
