Zoning and Land Use
Our attorneys have represented developers and land owners in a variety of land use and zoning matters. Such matters have included representation before planning commissions, boards of zoning adjustment, historic district commissions and other administrative agencies as well as before trial and appellate courts. Our attorneys have served as consultants to governmental bodies on land use and zoning matters and assisted in the draft of sections of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of a large Louisiana city. Our experience has included expropriation proceedings, as well as suits alleging the unconstitutional taking of property.
