Our attorneys have represented defendants as well as plaintiffs in malpractice actions involving medical professionals, dental professionals, nursing professionals, hospitals, accounting professionals, architectural professionals, legal professionals and engineering professionals. Our attorneys have served as expert witnesses for plaintiffs and defendants in legal malpractice cases. They have served as defense counsel for doctors (in various specialties) in licensing and related criminal proceedings, and for attorneys in connection with complaints filed with, and charges brought by, the Louisiana Office of Disciplinary Counsel. They have additionally represented applicants denied admission to the Bar based on issues involving character and/or fitness.
